Refund Policy

At Rooted 'N Thyme, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care.  Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement of store credit when appropriate.

Unopened, unused non-personal care boutique items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
